A group practice.
Land in the soft energies of reiki to rest, restore and recover the parts of you that’s been buried in the deep. Rest in reiki is a group practice that was created from an innate urge for a safe space to just breath and be without having to pretend, perform och be something that we’re not. Too often we enter life with a goal and get lost in the process of becoming. Instead we should soften to the stillness of our hearts and let it guide us in the right direction.
We meet together online using zoom for 5 weekday nights in late spring.
Every session will have it's own theme and my intention for this group practice is to take you through an inner journey using reiki, breath, meditation and restorative yoga positions. The goal is not for you to achieve something or get better. It is simply just to see what could happen if you press paus on life, relax your body, regulate your nervous system and prioritise rest.
